Presentations:

Poster presentations will be selected
based on abstract submissions. Posters may be categorized based on
submission topics and common themes. You will be contacted by email
by April 30, 2026, if you are invited for a poster presentation.
Posters must be no larger than 4 ft x 3
ft (120 cm x 90 cm) and may be portrait (vertical) or landscape
(horizontal). There is no required template for posters, however we
encourage presenters to consider visual appeal, clarity, legibility,
and accessibility in creating their designs.
There will be a poster session on Friday,
June 19, 2026, during which presenters will be asked to stand by
their posters and discuss their research with conference delegates
and visitors. Graduate student competition posters will be evaluated
by 2-3 judges.
