We are now inviting sponsorships for the Canadian Society for Horticultural Science 2026 national conference!

Benefits & Recognition

Sponsorship funds will help cover the costs of conference proceedings and support student and community participation. Your sponsorship will allow us to maintain a sufficiently low registration fee so that the conference is accessible to a wide range of delegates. We expect around one hundred scientists to attend, including experts in horticultural plant physiology, pathology, genetics, genomics, fruit and vegetable production, postharvest quality, digital and controlled environment agriculture, Northern and Indigenous agriculture, agro-ecosystems ecology, and more. Among these will be the next generation of science leaders in Canadian horticulture and agronomy, presenting an opportunity for knowledge transfer, sales, and recruitment. We will award exceptional students with cash prizes to recognize their research achievements.

As described in the table below, all sponsorships of $500 or more will have the opportunity to include their own printed material in the registration package and will be recognized in conference publications including the program book, website, and screen savers used in session rooms. Sponsors at the Silver level or higher will also receive complimentary conference registrations. Gold and Platinum sponsors will be invited to mount a display or booth throughout the duration of the conference. In addition, Platinum sponsors will be recognized as the unique sponsor of a specific symposium or dining event during the conference. We look forward to collaborating with you.
